Return and Refund Policy

REVERSE PICKUPS MIGHT BE DELAYED DUE TO FESTIVITIES. WE REQUEST YOU TO COOPERATE WITH US FOR THE SAME.

We have updated our Returns & Exchange policy. The same is in effect starting 1st JAN 2023.
 

  1. We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge. ONLY IF YOUR PIN CODE IS SERVICEABLE.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  3. For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.
  6. Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 1 Year FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

  8. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp. 
  9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  10. Since we are planning to add a few more product categories soon.
  11. Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.

PLEASE NOTE : For exchange of products it is mandatory to submit product and invoice image. Failing to do so the exchange request will not be entertained.
 

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges. 

 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

  • In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address: Saif business corporation PVT. LTD, No-4, Bellmar Industrial Area, Nagasandra Post, Rukmini Nagar, Bangalre, 560073
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of a coupon code in case of COD.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail customercare@addressapparels.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
